政府采购行为对高校图书馆书刊采购的影响

【摘要】 本文针对目前流行的政府采购行为 ,仅就高校图书馆的书刊采购 ,从当前尚未完善的政府采购制度、采购过程中遇到的硬件障碍、自身软环境障碍等几个方面谈了作者的粗浅的看法 ,并提出了高校图书馆在应对政府采购书刊行为中可采取的对策和措施更多还原
