【Abstract】 Now the development of universities and colleges gains an unprecedented high speed.Whether the inner manage ways,methods and pattern are advanced or not is the key of limiting universities and colleges’ development and improving their competition power.And adopting management information system using computer technology and network technology has become an impersonal need.The paper discusses MIS’s basic concepts,the necessity and feasibility of developing universities and colleges’ management information systems,and the noting problems.更多还原
