上颌埋伏牙开窗导萌术的护理配合

【摘要】 目的探讨上颌埋伏牙开窗导萌术的护理经验。方法对21例埋伏牙开窗导萌术的患者做好心理护理、器械准备、术中配合及术后口腔清洁。结果术后随访6个月,伤口愈合良好,无1例出现术后后遗症,牙按引导位萌出,患牙恢复正常牙列位置。结论手术前的充分准备、熟练的护理配合是手术成功必不可少的条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing experience of guide-erupt operation of maxillary embedded tooth. Methods Twenty-one patients with maxillary embedded tooth who had received guide-erupt operation were provided with psychological nursing, appliance preparation, cooperation during operation and oral hygiene post-operation. Results Wound healed well and no sequelae occurred during 6 months follow-up. Teeth erupted under the guideline and restored normal occlusion after orthodontics. Conclusion Sufficient preparation before operation and skilled nursing cooperation are prerequisite to the success of operation.更多还原
