冠状动脉搭桥术后应用主动脉内球囊反搏并发症观察与护理

【摘要】 目的观察冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)后应用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)后发生并发症情况及总结护理要点。方法对2002年10月～2003年12月收治的32例CABG术后应用IABP后的并发症进行分析,并实施针对性的护理。结果9例患者出现并发症,发生率为28.1%,其中3例出现渗血、血肿,2例出现血小板低于5×109/L,2例出现下肢缺血栓塞,1例出现气囊破裂,1例出现肾缺血。结论术后密切观察患者的生命体征,严格无菌操作,密切监测全血凝固时间(ACT),做好IABP及动、静脉穿刺部位周围皮肤的护理,可以减少IABP并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the complications of apply intra-aortic balloon pumping ( IABP) after operation of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and sum up the nursing points. Method Thirty-two cases with complications after CABG applied with IABP from October 2002 to December 2003 were analyzed and pertinent nursing measures were conducted. Results Ten cases had complications with the incidence rate of 28.1%. Among them, 3 cases had oozing of blood and hematoma, 2 cases’ platelet were lower than 5×109/ L, 2 case had ischemia and embolism in the limb, 1 case had the balloon bursting and 1 case had renal ischemia. Conclusion These following measures, such as observation of the vital signs of the patients carefully, carrying out aseptic technique strictly, monitoring ACT, nursing the wound of IABP and the skin around the puncture wound of the artery or vein can alleviate the complications of applying IABP after CABG.更多还原
