食管及胃囊模型的设计及应用

【摘要】 目的探讨食管及胃囊模型应用的效果。方法将我院72名护士,随机分成两组,每组各36名,进行鼻饲法操作,一组按食管及胃囊模型进行操作;另一组按传统的方法进行操作,比较两组的操作时间;了解护士使用食管及胃囊模型的满意情况。结果两组的操作时间比较,经统计学分析,u=14.92,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;食管及胃囊模型的操作时间更接近于标准流程规定时间;94.4%护士认为食管及胃囊模型的操作完全符合标准流程。结论食管及胃囊模型鼻饲操作法具有真实性、标准性、可操作性的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of "oesophagus-stomach" model on nursing teaching. Methods Seventy-two nurses were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. Nurses in the experiment group carried on the nasal feeding with oesophagus-stomach model. The Annie model was used in the control group. The average operating time and nurses’ satisfaction degree in the two groups were compared. Results There was difference in operating time between the two groups. Ninety four point four percent nurses in the experiment group thought the oesopahgus-stomach model matched the standard flow. Conclusion The self-made "oesophagus-stomach" model is helpful for teaching and training.更多还原
