中药熏蒸治疗颈椎病的效果观察及护理

【摘要】 目的观察中药熏蒸治疗颈椎病的疗效及总结护理要点。方法将2002年9月～2003年12月收治的143例颈椎病病人,随机分为治疗组88例和对照组55例,治疗组在活血化瘀,通经活络中药治疗基础下配合中药熏蒸颈部,对照组采用穴位电疗敷贴。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.5%,对照组为54.5%,两组比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论中药熏蒸能促进患处炎性物质的吸收,清除机体多余自由基,缓解血管内皮细胞的缺血性损伤,增加椎动脉血流量,减轻或消除椎动脉的压迫、刺激,从而提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical effect of steaming of Chinese medical herbs on patients with cervical spondlopathy and summarize the key points of nursing. Methods From Sep 2002 to Dec 2002, 143 cases of cervical spondlopathy were randomly divided into two groups: 88 cases in treatment group and 55 cases in control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with Chinese medical steaming, while patients in control group were treated with point and acusector. Results In treatment group, the total efficiency rate was 95.5%, while the rate was 54.5% in control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Chinese medical steaming can improve blood circulation,accelerate imbibing of inflammation, alleviate oxy-radical, protect injured vascular endothelial cells, increase vertebral arterial blood flow, alleviate or eliminate pressure and stimulate the vertebral arterial, which can improve the curative effect on cervical spondlopathy.更多还原
