电脉冲刺激治疗糖尿病神经原性膀胱疗效观察及护理

【摘要】 目的观察电脉冲刺激治疗糖尿病神经原性膀胱(DNB)的疗效并总结护理要点。方法将1999年1月～2003年10月收治的96例DNB患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组按常规糖尿病(DM)治疗方法并进行膀胱训练或留置尿管,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加用电脉冲刺激膀胱治疗,治疗后观察两组患者膀胱残余尿(BRU)的变化。结果实验组与对照组治疗后BRU比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论体外膀胱电脉冲刺激膀胱可有效减少或消除DNB患者的BRU,甚至恢复重度DNB患者的尿意。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effect of external electronic pulse stimulating vesica (EEPSV) and sum up nursing methods of diabetic neurogenic bladder (DNB) patients. Methods Ninety six DNB patients admitted to our hospital from January 1999 to October 2003 were randomly grouped into experiment and control group. Patients in control group were treated with DM normal treatment accompanied by bladder training or indwelling ureter, while EEPSV were applied in the experiment group besides the methods used in the control group. Bladder residual urine (BRU) before and after treatment in both groups were compared. Result There is significant difference in BRU between the control group and the experiment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion EEPSV can reduce DNB patients’ BRU and ameliorate their bladder function.更多还原
