【摘要】 目的探讨特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症患儿的护理特点。方法回顾性总结5例特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症患儿的护理经验。结果5例患儿均治愈。结论正确标本采集是特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症确诊的关键;严密的病情观察、合理的激素应用及健康教育是疾病治愈的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing characteristics of idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis (IPH) in children. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze nursing in 5 cases with IPH. Emphasis were given to four aspects of nursing, including samples collecting,clinical observation,observation of complications of hormone administration,and prevention of secondary infection. Results Five cases were all cured. Conclusion Sample collecting is important to the diagnosis of IPH. Careful observation, applying hormone and health education are critical to cure IPH.更多还原
