【摘要】 目的观察苍术、艾术熏蒸消毒发热门诊空气的效果。方法2003年4～12月采用苍术、艾叶各50克/m3熏蒸发热门诊留观察室与普通诊室2h后进行空气采样30次,并观察空气消毒效果。结果空气消毒后采样30次中符合Ⅲ类环境要求的占100%,符合Ⅱ类环境要求的占93.3%;留观察、普通诊室30次消毒后采样平均菌落数分别为32.0cfu/m3、60.3cfu/m3,平均杀菌率分别为91.7%、89.9%。结论苍术、艾叶熏蒸空气消毒可在有人情况下进行,同时对人体无毒、无害,可及时防止院内感染和交叉感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe disinfecting effect of using Chinese atractylodes and argy wormwood leaf to evaporate air of fever clinic. Methods Chinese atractylodes and argy wormwood leaf were used to evaporate and disinfect the fever clinic room and common clinic room of our hospital. Air samples were taken 30 times after evaporation. The disinfecting effect of air was studied. Results Among thirty air samples after air disinfecting,all samples measured up with level III environment,and 93.3 percent samples measured up with level II environment.Average colonies after disinfecting were 32.0 and 60.3 cfu/m3 in observing room and clinic room respectively. The average disinfecting rates were 91.7% and 89.9% in observing room and clinic room respectively. Conclusions Using Chinese atractylodes and argy wormwood leaf to evaporate and disinfect air can achieve good sterilization effect. It can be used while people stay in the room. It is nontoxic and harmless for human body. At the same time,it can prevent nosocomial infection and cross infection.更多还原
