肠造口术前定位探讨

【摘要】 目的减少肠造口并发症,便于自行护理,提高生活质量。方法术前一天由造口治疗师和患者共同参与造口定位。结果患者减轻对肠造口的不良心理;术后造口位置佳,无因造口位置不良而引起的并发症;造口位置便于患者自行护理。结论造口术前定位可加强患者对护理人员的信任;减轻术前不良心理;减少造口并发症;患者易于护理造口,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reduce enterostomy complications, make the ent erostoma easily cared by patients independently, and improve the life of quality . Method The enterostomal therapist and the patient participated in making preo perative location to-gether the day before operation. Results The negative psyc hological reactions of enterostoma were alleviated. The enterostoma was in a sui table position after operation and no enterostoma was in an inappropriate positi on and therefore no complications occurred. It was easy for patients to care ind ependently. Conclusions Preoperative location can strengthen the trust of patie nts on nurses, reduce the negative psychological reaction before operation and d ecrease the occurrence rate of enterostomy complications. Besides, patients can learn to care the enterostoma easily and their life of quality has been improved greatly.更多还原
