【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法回顾性分析我科于2000年9月～2003年8月应用鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术32例(32眼)疗效进行追踪。结果手术有效率93.7%,无1例出现并发症。结论术前做好病人准备及健康教育,术后密切观察病情,娴熟的护理技术是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of intensed perioperation care an d discharge direction to reduce the complication and improve the surgery outcome in patients after endoscopic intranasal dacryocystorhinostomy. Method Thirty-t wo patients (32 eyes) treated by endoscopic intranasal dacryocystorhinostomy fro m September 2000 to August 2003 were followed up. Results The efficiency rate o f the surgery is 93.7%. No complication occurred. Conclusion Intensed preoperat ive care and discharge direction are important for the efficiency of this operat ion.更多还原
