经导管一次性治疗小儿房间隔缺损并发肺动脉瓣狭窄的护理

【摘要】 目的探讨经导管一次性治疗小儿房间隔缺损(ASD)并发肺动脉瓣狭窄(PS)的护理方法。方法总结自1998年11月～2003年8月一次性应用Amplatzer封闭器治疗小儿ASD及经皮球囊肺动脉瓣成形术(PBPV)11例的护理经过。结果11例患儿均手术成功,无1例出现严重的并发症。结论术前做好心理护理、皮肤准备,术后做好健康教育、病情观察、下肢制动是预防和早期发现并发症促进康复的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the nursing method of atrial septal d efects accompanied by pulmonary valvular stenosis treated by transcatheter occlu sion. Method Summarize the nursing process of caring 11 patients with atrial se ptal defects accompanied pulmonary valvular stenosis, who were treated in our de partment from Nov. 1998 to Nov. 2003. Results All cases were successfully treat ed. No serious complication happened. Conclusions Psychological nursing, skin p reparing before operation, education, mon-itoring the respiration and cardioelec try, and restricting movement of legs after operation are important nursing meth ods to prevent and find the complications early.更多还原
