【摘要】 目的探讨术前进行排尿训练对预防和减少术后排尿困难、尿潴留的效果。方法将100例择期手术患者随机分为实验组50例,对照组50例,实验组在术前2～3d开始接受排尿训练至少2次,直至患者感到排尿畅顺为止;对照组在术前2～3d仅做常规护理。结果实验组有47例术后可自行排尿,对照组仅有16例,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);术后首次排尿时间,实验组2.75±1.02h;对照组4.12±1.45h,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);术后4h内排尿时患者收缩压无明显变化,而>4h内排尿时两组患者收缩压变化情况,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);但两组患者舒张压平均差值比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论术前对患者进行排尿训练可减少和预防术后排尿困难、尿潴留的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of preoperative urination exercis es on preventing and decreasing anuresis and dysuresia after operation. Methods One hundred cases were randomly divided into the experiment group and the cont rol group. The experiment group has urination exercise in bed at least twice and the control group has no exercise 2～3 days before operation. Results Forty-s even cases in the experiment group urinate normally and 16 showed dysuresia in t he control group. The first average urination time after operation were 2.75±1. 02 h in the experiment group and 4.12±1.45 h in the control group. The experime nt group was significantly better than the control (P < 0.05). Conclusion The p reoperative urination exercises in bed can reduce and prevent the occurrence of anuresis and dysuresia.更多还原
