【摘要】 目的　比较两种经皮经肝胆道镜窦道扩张法的出血量 ,为临床选择提供依据 .方法　通过对随机分组的猪分别进行一步即时窦道扩张法、两步窦道扩张的经皮经肝胆道镜手术 (PTCS)操作后测量出血量 .结果　一步即时窦道扩张组的平均出血量是 6 4 .2± 3.0ml ,两步窦道扩张组的平均出血量是 4 7.5± 2 .1ml .两组有显著性差异 .结论　一步即时窦道扩张法比两步窦道扩张法的出血量多 ,但相对于猪的循环血量 ,可以接受 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to contrast the hemorrhage during experimental PTCS in pig using different distending sinus ways. Methods Measuring the hemorrhage by using one-step distending-sinus ways or by using two-step way during experimental PTCS in pig ,randomly. Results The mean hemorrage in one-step group was 64.2±3.0ml.In two-step group ,it was 47.5±2.1ml. There was significant difference between both groups through t-test. Conclusions There was more hemorrhage in the one-step group than the two-step group, using two-step way in PTCS maybe a better choice.更多还原
