【摘要】 目的　探讨下颌骨囊肿手术后遗留的单侧骨皮质缺损能否通过骨牵引延长技术而得到修复。方法　成年杂种犬 6只 ,在下颌骨双尖牙区制备一个单皮质缺损区 ,安装牵引器 ,将其远中的骨皮质向骨缺损区牵引。结果　被移动颊侧骨板正常成活 ,牵引区成骨良好。结论　本实验的结果揭示了保持下颌骨连续性的单侧骨皮质牵引是可行的 ,牵引成骨表现与传统的全层离断的下颌骨延长的表现是相似的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the use of distraction osteogenesis for the repair of lateral bone defect after mandibular cystic surgery.Methods Six adult dogs were used in this experiment.On the area of mandibular premolars, the cortical bone was removed and distractor was installed.The posterior buccal cortical bone plate was distracted to defect area.Results The shifted buccal cortical bone plate was alive and new bone was formed in distraction area.Conclusion Mandibular lateral cortical distraction osteogenesis is feasible while the mandibular connection is kept.The buccal compact bone distraction osteogenesis is similar to the traditional one.更多还原
