【摘要】 目的　评价方丝弓矫治和Twin -block功能矫治对骨性Ⅱ1错牙合非拔牙患者颌骨的影响。方法　选择 30例 11～ 14岁的骨性Ⅱ1错牙合患者 ,随机分为 2组 ,E组用方丝弓配合Ⅱ类牵引治疗 ,T组用Twin -block功能矫治。对治疗前后的X线头影测量数据进行统计学分析。结果与结论　方丝弓固定矫治配合Ⅱ类牵引可改变牙合的Ⅱ类关系 ,下颌骨长度及骨面突度改变较少。功能矫治器有效促进了下颌骨生长 ,使长度增加位置前移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment effects of Edgewise and Twin-block appliances in skeletal class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion on mandibule.Methods Thirty patients with skeletal class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion,whose age from 11 to 14 years old were divided into two groups.One group was treated with standard Edgewise appliance (E group),the other was treated with Twin-block functional appliance (T group).The cephalometric data before and after treatment was analysed statistically.Results & Conclusion Edgewise appliance with class Ⅱ elastic corrected the distal occlusion,the relation of skeletal was not improved.Functional treatment could promote mandibular growth obviously and increase mandibular length in sagittal direction.更多还原
