大运动量游泳对小白鼠动情周期的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察大运动量运动对雌性小白鼠动情周期的影响,旨在为女运动员运动训练产生月经不调的机制研究提供依据。方法:实验于2002-09/12在上海市第一人民医院动物实验室完成。选用瑞士纯种雌性小白鼠20只,将周期正常的7只鼠采用数字表法随机分为实验组为4只,对照组为3只。均进行游泳运动实验。实验组给予各自体质量5%的负荷,运动至临近衰竭。每天下午、晚上各1次,共运动10d。对照组同样放入水中游3~5min。各组小鼠游泳运动期间进行阴道细胞涂片3次/d,运动期结束测定运动后、恢复后各鼠的体质量及阴道细胞涂片中基本成分变化。结果:实验组小白鼠每天进行两次大运动量游泳运动时,动情周期发生了明显的变化。表现为动情周期受到抑制,其中实验组总周期为(233.0±44.1)h,对照组为(249.3±15.2)h。细胞涂片显示随着运动次数的增加,中、底层细胞的比例逐渐增大。运动所造成的影响随着大运动量游泳次数的增加越来越深刻。实验组游泳后体质量比运动前轻,平均下降1.69g。对照组体质量变化不明显。实验组随着游泳次数的增加,疲劳出现提前。结论:运动量过大可导致实验组小鼠动情周期的变化。

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the influence of large amounts of exercise on the estrous cycle of female mice, so as to provide evidence for the mechanism of menoxienia in female athletes caused by exercise training. <METHODS:The experiment was completed in the Animal Laboratory of the Shanghai First People’s Hospital from September to December 2002.Twenty Swiss female mice of pure breed were selected,and 7 of them with normal cycle were randomly divided by number table method into study group(n=4) and control group(n=3),and all of them completed the swimming test.Mice in the study group swam to almost exhaustion with the load of 5% of their own body mass,once ever afternoon and evening respectively for 10 days;while the mice in the control group also swam in the water for 3 to 5 minutes.All the rats received vaginal smear 3 times a day during the training period of swimming.The body mass and changes of essential components in vaginal smear after exercise and after recovery were determined in all the rats at the end of training. <RESULTS:There were obvious changes in the estrous cycles of mice in the study group when they received large amounts of swimming twice a day, it was manifested that the estrous cycles were inhibited,and the total estrous cycle in the study and control group were(233.0± 44.1) hours and(249.3± 15.2) hours respectively.Vaginal smear showed that the proportion of cells in the middle layer and underlayer became greater gradually with the increase of exercise times.The influence caused by exercise became more and more obvious with the increase of times of large amounts of swimming.The body mass after swimming of mice in the study group became lighter, reduced by 1.69 g on an average,while there was no obvious change in the control group. Fatigue appeared earlier in the study group with the increase of swimming times. <CONCLUSION:Excessive exercise can result in the changes of estrous cycle of mice in the study group.
