【摘要】 目的:调查宁夏回族糖尿病并发症的相关因素,以期为积极控制、延缓和减少该地区糖尿病患者神经及血管并发症的发生、发展提供流学病学依据。方法:调查自1990-01-01/2003-06-30收住于宁夏医学院附属医院内分泌科和银川市第一人民医院内分泌科的回族糖尿病患者2696例。依据糖尿病合并神经病变的特点制定调查表格,表格包括患者基本情况、个人史、治疗措施、本次入院情况以及糖尿病合并神经病变的情况等项目,调查表中内容全部由本次调查研究者对患者病历资料进行逐项填写。结果:经过神经系统检查确诊糖尿病合并神经、血管病变患者889例(46.3%),男501例(56.4%),女388例(43.6%)。糖尿病患者并发神经、血管病变糖尿病并发大血管病变与其血压、病程、吸烟、发病年龄、三酰甘油、血糖、总胆固醇、性别及体质量指数呈正相关(r=1.107～2.103,P<0.05)。结论:宁夏回族自治区糖尿病患者并发神经、血管病变的发生与其发病年龄、病程、血压、血糖、三酰甘油、体质量指数、是否吸烟及性别有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the related factors of diabetic complications in the Hui nationalities of Ningxia,so as to provide epidemiological evidence for active control,relief and reduce of the occurrence and development of neuropathy and angiopathy in the diabetic patients in this region. <METHODS:Totally 2 696 diabetic patients of Hui nationality,who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology of Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical College and Yinchuan First People’s Hospital during January 1st,1990 to June 30th,2003,were investigated. Inventory table, made according to the characteristics of diabetes combined with neuropathy,consisted of the general information and personal history of the patients, therapeutic measures,condition of first hospitalization and the status of diabetes combined with neuropathy.All the items in the inventory table were finished according to the medical record of the patients one by one by the investigators of this study. <RESULTS:A total of 889 cases(46.3% ) were diagnosed by neurological examination to have diabetes combined with neuropathy and angiopathy,including 501 males (56.4% ) and 388 females(43.6% ).The diabetic patients combined with neuropathy and angiopathy,and diabetic patients combined with lesion of great vessels had positive correlations with their blood pressure,course of disease,smoking,age of attack,triacylglycerol(TG), blood glucose,total cholesterol(TC),gender and body mass index(BMI)(r=1.107 to 2.103,P< 0.05). <CONCLUSION:The occurrence of neuropathy and angiopathy in the diabetic patients of the Ningxia Hui autonomous region are related with their age of attack, course of disease, blood pressure,blood glucose,TG, BMI,smoking or not, and gender.更多还原
