【摘要】 目的:探讨社会康复治疗对住院精神病患者社会功能和精神症状的影响。方法:将上海市长宁区精神卫生中心的住院患者138例随机分为康复组和对照组。对康复组进行康复指导,对照组未给予康复指导,于治疗前后应用Krawiecka症状量表和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评定精神症状和社会功能康复情况。结果:康复组康复治疗后Krawiecka症状量表和社会功能缺陷筛选量表分值与入组时相比明显下降(Krawiecka症状量表:18.87±8.67,8.62±4.52;SDSS:29.45±18.87,18.32±12.87),差异有显著性意义(t=10.174,4.048,P均=0.000)。对照组同期Krawiecka症状量表和社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分与入组时相比(Krawiecka症状量表:17.84±5.18,16.17±5.31;SDSS:25.99±13.51,26.20±13.49),差异无显著性意义(t=1.870,-0.400;P=0.064,0.686)。结论:社会康复治疗有助于住院精神病患者减轻精神症状和社会功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the effect of social rehabilitation intervention on the social function and improvement of psychiatric symptom in hospitalized patients with mental disorders.<METHODS:Totally 138 inpatients with mental disorders from Changning Mental Health Center in Shanghai were randomized into rehabilitation group and control group.Rehabilitation instruction was performed in the rehabilitation group,but not in the control group.The patients’ psychiatric symptom and recovery of social ability were measured by Krawiecka scale and Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) before and after social rehabilitation intervention.<RESULTS:Compared with before social rehabilitation intervention,patients in the rehabilitation group after social rehabilitation intervention showed remarkably less Krawiecka and SDSS values(Krawiecka scale:18.87± 8.67, 8.62± 4.52; SDSS:29.45± 18.87,18.32± 12.87) with significant difference between them(t=10.174,4.048,both P=0.000),while patients in the control group had no differences in Krawiecka and SDSS values(Krawiecka scale:17.84± 5.18,16.17± 5.31;SDSS:25.99± 13.51,26.20± 13.49)(t=1.870,- 0.400,P=0.064,0.686).<CONCLUSION:Social rehabilitation intervention is useful for hospitalized patients with mental disorders to reduce psychotic symptoms and recover social ability.更多还原
