【摘要】 目的:研究隔药饼灸对高脂血症兔血浆前列环素(PGI2)和血栓素A2(TXA2)的影响,初步阐明隔药饼灸用于治疗高脂血症的作用机制。方法:用胆固醇高脂饮食喂养法,建立兔高脂血症模型。运用隔药饼灸进行治疗。采用放射免疫法测定治疗后血浆前列环素(PGI2)、血栓素A2(TXA2)。结果:隔药饼灸组PGI2含量犤(1214.35±407.14)ng/L犦显著高于模型组犤(676.61±364.87)ng/L犦(P<0.05),TXA2含量犤(270.06±124.23)ng/L犦明显低于模型组犤(464.51±122.70)ng/L犦(P<0.05),TXA2/PGI2比值较模型组显著下降(分别为0.24±0.14,0.84±0.38,P<0.01);隔药饼灸组PGI2,TXA2含量及TXA2/PGI2比值与直接灸组犤分别为(1161.73±398.91),(311.27±118.26)ng/L,0.32±0.17犦比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),表明隔药饼灸与直接灸均可升高PGF1α的含量,降低TXA2含量,调节TXA2/PGI2的比值。且二者作用相似。结论:隔药饼灸和直接灸组均对高脂血症兔血浆PGI2,TXA2的含量及TXA2/PGI2的比值具有调节作用,且二者作用相近。隔药饼灸与直接灸对高脂血症兔的主动脉内皮细胞有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the influence of moxibustion with medicinal cake on the prostacyclin(PGI2) and thromboxane A2(TXA2) in plasma of rabbits with hyperlipemia,and preliminarily clarify the mechanism of moxibustion with medicinal cake in treating hyperlipemia.METHODS:Rabbit models of hyperlipemia were established by using the high fat diet of cholesterol,and received the treatment of moxibustion with medicinal cake(treatment group).PGI2 and TXA2 were determined with radioimmunoassay after treatment.RESULTS:The content of PGI2 in the treatment group[(1 214.35 ±407.14) ng/L] was significantly higher than that in the model group [(676.61±364.87) ng/L](P< 0.05),while the content of TXA2[(270.06±124.23) ng/L] was remarkably lower than that in the model group[(464.51±122.70) ng/L](P< 0.05),and the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 in the treatment group(0.24±0.14) was significantly decreased as compared with that in the model group(0.84±0.38)(P< 0.01).The contents of PGI2 and TXA2 and the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 in the treatment group were insignificantly different from those in the direct moxibustion group[(1 161.73±398.91),(311.27±118.26) ng/L,0.32±0.17](P >0.05),which showed that both moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion could increase the PGF1αcontent,decrease the TXA2 content,and regulate the ratio of TXA2/PGI2,and they had similar effects.CONCLUSION:The moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion have the similar effect in regulating the plasma contents of PGI2 and TXA2 and ratio of TXA2/PGI2 in the rabbits with hyperlipemia.The moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion have rather good protective effect on the endothelial cells of aorta in the rabbits with hyperlipemia.更多还原
