【摘要】 目的:骨质疏松症是大众健康问题,大量临床研究文献显示:补肾中药可治疗绝经后骨质疏松症;本文通过分析已发表的有关研究文献,评价补肾中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:对检索并入选的国内6篇有关补肾中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究论文进行Meta分析。结果:补肾中药组治疗前后比较,中药组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较,下肢骨密度平均效应尺度及其95%CI分别为0.05(0.01,0.09)和0.04(0.03,0.06)。结论:补肾中药可有效治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,使患者下肢骨密度增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:Osteoporosis is the major problem of public health.A lot of clinical references show that Chinese herb for invigorating kidney is effective on postmenopausal osteoporosis.According to the analysis of published references, this paper aims to assess the clinical effect of Chinese herb for invigorating kidney on the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.METHODS:Six clinical articles related to the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with Chinese herb for invigorating kidney were selected and analyzed by Meta.RESULTS:According to the comparison before and after treatment in the group of Chinese herb for invigorating kidney and the comparison between Chinese herb group and control group after treatment, the mean effective scale of BMD of lower limbs and its 95%confident interval were 0.05(0.01,0.09) and 0.04(0.03, 0.06) respectively.CONCLUSION:Chinese herb for invigorating kidney is effective on postmenopausal osteoporosis, and increases the BMD of lower limbs in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis.更多还原
