【摘要】 目的:考察神经衰弱与大五人格维度及人格因素的关系。方法:应用大五人格个性调查表(NEO-PI)测查分析台州学院64名神经衰弱(神经衰弱组)和56名正常大学生(正常对照组)的人格特征。结果:5个维度中,神经衰弱组与正常对照组除宜人性差异无显著性外,其余4个维度差异均有显著性(t=4.868～16.356,P均<0.001)。神经衰弱者衰弱症状感受与焦虑、抑郁、自我意识、冲动呈显著的正相关(r=0.249,0.358,0.269,0.396;P<0.05～0.01);与自律呈显著负相关(r=-0.258,P<0.05);紧张症状感受与神经质维度的6个因子都呈显著正相关(r=0.259～0.485,P<0.05～0.01),与审美及审慎性也呈显著正相关(r=0.301,0.291,P均<0.05);睡眠障碍因子与敏感性、责任感呈显著正相关(r=0.266,0.329,P均<0.05)。影响神经衰弱衰弱症状的主要是冲动性、自律性和抑郁三因素;影响紧张症状主要为焦虑、正性情绪、美感和审慎性四因素;影响睡眠症状主要为责任心、敏感性二因素。结论:在五大人格维度中,神经质维度与神经衰弱呈现一致性密切关系,30个人格因素中抑郁和冲动性与神经衰弱呈现一致性密切关系。在大五人格维度中,神经质人格维度在神经衰弱的形成和发展中起主要影响作用。临床工作中应关注神经衰弱者的人格特质。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the relationship of neurasthenia with the 5 major personality dimensions and the personality factors.METHODS:The personality features were evaluated with the NEO personality inventory in 64 neurasthenia(neurasthenia group) and 56 normal university students(normal control group) of Taizhou University. RESULTS:Among the five major dimensions, there were significant differences in the 4 dimensions(t=4.868 to 16.356,P < 0.001) except suitability between the neurasthenia group and normal control group.The neurasthenic symptom experiences of the neurasthenic patients were significantly positively related with anxiety,depression, self consciousness and impulsion(r=0.249,0.358, 0.269, 0.396,P< 0.05 to 0.01),while had significantly negative correlation with self discipline(r=-0.258,P< 0.05).The nervous symptom experiences were had significantly positive relations with all the 6 factors of the nervousness dimensions(r=0.259 to 0.485,P< 0.05 to 0.01),and also with aesthetic judgment and cautiousness(r=0.301,0.291,P < 0.05).The factors of sleeping disorder were significantly positively related with sensibitity and the feeling of responsibility(r=0.266, 0.329, P< 0.05).The factors that influenced the symptoms of neurasthenia were mainly impulsion,self discipline and depression, and the factors that influenced the symptoms of nervousness were mainly anxiety, positive sentiments, aesthetic judgment and cautiousness,and feeling of responsibility and sensibitity were the main influencing factors for sleeping disorder. CONCLUSION:Among the 5 major personality dimensions,the dimension of nervousness and neurasthenia are closely related consistently,and among the 30 personality factors,depression and impulsion are closely related with neurasthenia consistently.Among the five personality dimensions, the personality dimension of nervousness plays an important role in the formation and development of neurasthenia.Attention should be paid to the personality features of neurasthenics in clinic.更多还原
