【摘要】 目的:观察磁化药栓穴位植入疗法对强直性脊柱炎(ankylosingspondyli-tis,AS)患者脊柱运动功能的改善情况。方法:对36例AS患者采用磁化药栓穴位植入疗法进行治疗。结果:脊柱前屈度、脊柱后伸、脊柱侧弯治疗前分别为(40.63±18.65)°,(11.25±3.52)°,(15.25±4.55)°;治疗后分别为67.35±25.55)°,((19.22±4.55)°(,25.55±5.45)°。治疗前后比较,差异有非常显著性意义(t=2.35,2.28,2.13,P<0.01),治疗前后胸廓扩张度比较差异有显著性意义t=4.56,P<0.05),血沉、C反应蛋白差异有非常显著性意义((t=2.24,2.58,P<0.01)。结论:磁化药栓穴位植入疗法对AS患者脊柱运动功能改善明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the condition of magnetization herbs suppositoties acupoints implant therapy for improving spinal motor function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS). METHODS:Thirty six AS patients were treated with magnetization herbs suppositoties acupoints implant therapy. RESULTS:The degrees of spinal anteflexion,postextention and lateral curvature were(40.63±18.65)°,(11.25±3.52)° and(15.25±4.55)°,respectively before treatment,and(67.35±25.55)°,(19.22±4.55)° and(25.55±5.45)°,respectively after treatment.There were very significant differences between the data of pre treatment and post treatment(t=2.35,2.28,2.13,P< 0.01).There was a significant difference in the degree of chest extention between pre treatment and post treatment(t=4.56,P< 0.05).There were very significant differences in erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein(t=2.24,2.58,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Magnetization herbs suppositoties acupoints implant therapy can enhance the spinal motor function of AS patients obviously.更多还原
