【摘要】 目的:观察腰椎间盘突出症不同病理类型、病程与针刺疗效的关系,探讨腰椎间盘突出症针刺治疗的适应证和时机。方法:采用针刺金门、外丘、梁丘等穴位为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症41例(治疗组),与常规针刺法治疗35例(对照组)相对照,同时两组都配合穴位注射当归注射液。结果:治疗线和对照组均取得了良好的效果,总有效率分别为97.6%和85.7%。病理类型属于膨出型和突出型及病程短、急性炎症期治疗效果好;病理类型属于髓核脱出型及病程久、慢性恢复期者治疗效果较差。结论:针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的疗效,尤其是病理类型属于膨出型和突出型者,急性炎症期亦为针刺治疗最佳的时机。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the relationship of various pathologic types and course of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with the effect of acupuncturing therapy,and investigate the indications and the opportunity of LDH with acupuncturing therapy. METHODS:Chief acupuncture points including jinmen(BL63),waiqiu(GB36),liangqiu(ST34) were adopted to treat 41 cases of LDH(treatment group),compared with 35 cases of acupuncturing routine method(control group),and the Chinese angelica injection was injected to the two groups fitted by points. RESULTS:Both the treatment and control groups had good curative effect.The total effective rates were 97.6% and 85.7% respectively.The type of expansion and protrusion as well as the short course and period of accurate inflammation had better curative effects.The type of herniation of nucleus pulposus as well as longer course and chronic convalescence had worse curative effect. CONCLUSION:The acupuncturing therapy has better effect on LDH,especially for the type of expansion and protrusion.The period of accurate inflammation is also the right moment of acupuncturing therapy.更多还原
