【摘要】 目的:观察长春西汀治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床疗效及可能作用机制。方法:中南大学湘雅二医院老年病和神经内科收治70例老年急性脑梗死患者(排除并发脑出血,低血压患者)随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予长春西汀治疗,对照组用维脑路通治疗。治疗前后分别测定双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)血流动力学参数,进行神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评价,并观察临床疗效。结果:长春西汀治疗组治疗后MCA血流动力学参数有明显改善(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评价(ADL评分)分别是7.14±1.33和93.05±1.77,较治疗前16.74±2.13和53.02±1.81有明显改善(P<0.01),临床疗效较维脑路通佳(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀对老年脑梗死者MCA血流动力学参数有明显改善,是治疗老年脑梗死安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of Vinpocetine in the treatment of senile patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). METHODS:From Department of Geriatrics and Neurology,the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,70 senile inpatients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.All the patients were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Fourth National Meeting for Cerebrovascular disease,and those complicated with cerebral hemorrhage and hypotension were excluded.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Vinpocetine, while in the control group were treated with Venoruton.Hemodynamic parametes of bilateral middle cerebral artery(MCA) were measured before and after treatment.Neurologic impairment and abilities of daily living(ADL) were assessed,and the clinical effects were observed. RESULTS:The hemodynamic parametes of MCA were significantly improved after the treatment of Vinpocetine(P< 0.01).The scores of neurologic impairment(7.14±1.33) and ADL(93.05±1.77) were higher than those before treatment(16.74±2.13 and 53.02±1.81) respectively(P< 0.01), and the clinical effects were better than treatment of Venoruton (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The hemodynamic parameters of MCA in senile patients with CI are significantly improved by Vinpocetine,and it is a safe and effective drug for senile patients with CI.更多还原
