【摘要】 目的:研究P53,c-myc,Bcl-2基因蛋白在子宫平滑肌肿瘤中的表达状况,以探讨上述基因与子宫平滑肌肿瘤发生与预后的关系。方法:根据术后肿瘤病理组织学类型,65例子宫平滑肌肿瘤患者分为平滑肌瘤组、平滑肌交界性肿瘤组、平滑肌肉瘤组。选取20例功能失调性子宫出血患者切除的子宫组织作为正常子宫平滑肌组。应用免疫组织化学染色方法检测肿瘤组织及正常平滑肌组织中P53,c-myc,Bcl-2基因蛋白的表达状况。结果:P53基因蛋白的表达阳性率正常子宫平滑肌组无,子宫平滑肌瘤组为10%,子宫平滑肌交界性肿瘤组为39.3%,子宫平滑肌肉瘤组为85.7%,正常子宫平滑肌组与子宫平滑肌瘤组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),其余各组比较差异均有显著性意义(χ=4.83～22.04,2P<0.01～0.05)。c-myc基因蛋白的表达阳性率正常子宫平滑肌组无,子宫平滑肌瘤组为6.7%,子宫平滑肌交界性肿瘤组为35.7%,子宫平滑肌肉瘤组为71.4%,正常子宫平滑肌组与子宫平滑肌瘤组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),其余各组比较差异均有显著性意义(χ2=3.89～17.53,P<0.01～0.05)。Bcl-2基因蛋白表达阳性率子宫平滑肌瘤组为63.3%,子宫平滑肌交界性肿瘤组为21.4%,子宫平滑肌肉瘤组为14.3%,正常子宫平滑肌组为35%,正常子宫平滑肌组与子宫平滑肌瘤组比较差异有显著性更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the expression of P53, c myc and Bcl 2 gene protein in uterine fibroids in order to explore its relationship with the occurrence and prognosis of uterine fibroids. METHODS:Sixty five cases were divided into 3 groups:leiomyoma group, borderline tumor of smooth muscle group,leiomyosarcoma group in terms of histopathologic type of tumor after operation.The uterine tissues of 20 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected as control group with normal smooth muscle of uterus. The expressions of P53,c myc and Bcl 2 gene protein in normal smooth muscle and tumor tissues were detected with immunohistochemical method. RESULTS:The normal smooth muscle of uterus group had no positive expression rate of P53 gene protein. The leiomyoma group was 10%,the borderline tumor of uterus smooth muscle group was 39.3%,and the leiomyosarcoma group was 85.7%.There was no significant difference between normal smooth muscle of uterus group and leiomyoma group(P >0.05).However, there was significant difference among other groups(χ2=3.89-17.53,P< 0.01-0.05).The leiomyoma group of positive expression rate of Bcl 2 gene protein was 63.3%,the borderline tumor of uterus smooth muscle group was 21.4%, the leiomyosarcoma group was 14.3%,and the normal smooth muscle of uterus group was 35%.There was significant difference between normal smooth muscle of uterus group and leiomyoma group(χ2=3.85,P< 0.05).There were significant differences between the leiomyoma group and the borderline tumor of uterus smooth muscle group, and between the leiomyoma group and the leiomyosarcoma group(χ2=10.37, χ2=8.56, P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:① The contents of P53 and c myc increase with the increasing of malignant degree of leiomyoma. It can promote the occurrence of leiomyoma and evaluate prognosis.② Bcl 2 gene protein can affect the apoptosis of uterine fibroids. It is an early event of tumor development.更多还原
