氧化应激与阿尔茨海默病:病理学与治疗学综述(英文)

【摘要】 背景:在神经退行性疾病中,阿尔茨海默病的发病机制尚不十分清楚。目的:分析氧化应激与阿尔茨海默病的关系及其在治疗上的作用。设计:相关文献分析。地点和对象:综述若干相关杂志中氧化应激与阿尔茨海默病的发病的关系,及患者采用中医治疗后的效果。干预:①抗氧化剂。②中医中药治疗。主要观察指标:阿尔茨海默病病理过程中的氧化应激,中医药治疗阿尔茨海默病新方法。结果:近年的生物医学文献中探讨了氧化应激在阿尔茨海默病的致病过程中的作用以及相应的治疗对策,尤其是中医药在这一领域的研究成果颇多。结论:氧化应激是导致阿尔茨海默病的一种重要致病因素,抗氧化剂和一些有关的中药复方有望成为有效治疗阿尔茨海默病的药物。

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND:Alzheimer disease(AD) is a kind of neuro-degenerative diseases.The pathogenesis that leads to AD is still unclear. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the relationship between oxidative stress and AD and the implications for therapy. DESIGN:Relevant literature analysis.SETTING and PARTICIPANTS:Reviewed the relationship between oxidative stress and AD from reports in relevant journals,and treatment effects by traditional Chinese medicine for those patients. INTERVENTIONS:①Antioxidants;②Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Oxidative stress in the pathology of AD; approaches in the treatment of AD by traditional Chinese medicine. RESULTS:The role of oxidative stress played in the pathology of AD and relevant therapeutic approaches against oxidative stress including those practiced in traditional Chinese medicine were discussed in biomedical literature of recent years. CONCLUSION:Oxidative stress is an important factor that leads to AD. Antioxidants and multiple-component formula pertinent to antioxidants in traditional Chinese medicine are promising to be developed into drugs against AD.
