【摘要】 目的观察以针刀为主治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法选择典型病例100例,按分层随机分组法分为治疗组50例,采用针刀配合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病;对照组50例,采用单纯推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病。分别治疗3个疗程,随访6个月判定疗效。对两组临床疗效进行分析比较,并探析针刀为主治疗神经根型颈椎病的相关机制。结果治疗组有效率为98%(49/50),对照组有效率为83%(41/50)。两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(χ2=7.11,0.01,P<0.05)。结论针刀配合手法推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病可松解粘连,缓解软组织痉挛,使血管、神经受压得到解除,缓解疼痛,恢复功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the curative effect of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type mainly treated by needle scalpel therapy.METHODS:One hundred patients with typical cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type were divided into treatment group and control group according to random stratified grouping.Fifty patients in the treatment group were treated by needle scalpel combined with massage therapy,and 50 patients in the control group were treated by simple massage therapy.The patients were treated for 3 months respectively and followed up for 6 months to judge the curative effect that was compared and analyzed later to investigate the related mechanism of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type mainly treated by needle scalpel therapy.RESULTS:The effective rate of treatment group was 98%(49/50) and that of control group was 83%(41/50).The difference between the two groups was significant(χ2=7.11,P< 0.05).CONCLUSION:Needle scalpel therapy combined with massage for cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type can relax adhesion,remit spasm of soft tissues,remove compression to blood vessels and nerves,relieve pains and recover functions.更多还原
