硬膜外腔复合液注射对兔血糖及脊髓和神经根电生理学传导的影响

【摘要】 目的通过对硬膜外腔复合液注射后实验动物血糖及神经根电生理指标的检测,从神经电生理学变化特征来观察复合液对动物中枢神经轴的影响。方法健康日本大耳白兔24只,单纯随机分为A,B,C,D4组,每组6只,A组为正常对照组,其余3组为给药组B组为激素+麻醉剂组;C组为激素+麻醉剂+维生素B组;D组为激素+麻醉剂+维生素B+中药组。采用硬膜外腔注射的方法,将3种不同配方的复合液分别注入兔的硬膜外腔,然后检测兔实验前后的血糖,并用丹迪CantataTM型肌电图仪进行神经电生理学检测,观察给药前后兔血糖及神经根电生理学的变化。结果硬膜外腔给药后,B,C,D3组动物血糖都有一过性升高,第1周时分别为(16.36±1.40),(15.92±1.38),(15.86±0.87)mmol/L,与A组(7.20±0.69)mmol/L相比,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。A组只手术,硬膜外腔不给药,血糖(17.99±1.21)mmol/L较术前(7.52±0.90)mmol/L亦有升高(P<0.01),考虑主要为手术应激所致,至多停药后4周血糖即可恢复正常。电生理的各项指标均未发生明显改变。结论硬膜外腔复合液注射后,对血糖的影响不大且时间较短,对下垂脑-垂体-肾上腺轴系统及脊髓神经根无不反应。

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the effect of compound injection on the central nervous system of the experimental animals based on the characteristics of neuroelectrophysiological changes through the detection of blood glucose and electrophysiological indexes of nerve roots of experimental animals after compound to the epidural space. METHODS:Twenty four Japanese big ear rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group(group A),hormone+anesthetic group(group B), hormone+anesthetic+vitamin B group(group C),hormone+anesthetic+vitamin B+traditional Chinese medicine group(group D). Epidural injections of the three different compound medicines were performed in groups B,C and D,then blood glucose was examined before and after experiment, and neuroelectrophysiological detection was performed by using the electromyograph of Dandi CantataTM Type,and the changes of the blood glucose and the electrophysiological indexes of nerve root before and after injection were observed. RESULTS:After injection to the epidural space, the values of blood glucose in groups B,C and D was increased for a short time,the values at the 1st week were(16.36±1.40),(15.92±1.38) and(15.86±0.87) mmol/L,respectively,significantly different from that in group A[(7.20±0.69) mmol/L](P< 0.01). Rabbits in group A received operation only, the value of blood glucose[(17.99±1.21) mmol/L] was increased compared with that before operation[(7.52±0.90)mmol/L](P< 0.01),which was probably induced by the stress of operation, and the blood glucose could return to normal level 4 weeks after withdrawal.The electrophysiological indexes had no obvious change. CONCLUSION:The compound injection to the epidural space has few effects on the blood glucose for a short time.
