周围神经损伤神经功能指数与电生理、组织学参数的相关性研究
Correlation of nerve functional index with electrophysiological and morphological indexes after peripheral nerve injury
【摘要】 目的:分析最常用的电生理实验数据和组织学实验数据、常用的神经功能指数之间的相关性,以提供基础研究参考。方法:采用24只SD雄性大鼠制作胫神经部分损伤模型,体质量200~250g,在两周时分别观察损伤侧胫神经功能指数、诱发神经电图改变(包括运动神经传导速度、M波最大波幅、M波最大面积)、损伤处远近端有髓神经纤维计数、小腿三头肌肌肉重量。结果:有髓纤维残留比率和M波最大波幅(r=0.985,P=0.005)和面积(r=0.745,P=0.02)、肌肉重量(r=0.565,P=0.037)之间相关性好。M波最大波幅和面积之间相关性好(r=0.531,P=0.03)。M波最大波幅和面积与神经传导速度、肌肉重量之间相关性差。神经功能指数和所有其他参数之间相关性差。结论:在神经部分损伤时,有髓纤维残留比率和电生理指标、肌肉重量之间相关性较好,是较好的神经损伤后评估神经功能的指标。神经功能指数和其他参数之间相关性差,不适用于神经部分损伤模型。
【Abstract】 AIM:To analyze the correlation of the most common electrophysiological paramet ers and morphological data with common peripheral nerve functional index, so as to provide references for experimental study. METHODS:Total 24 male SD rats,weighing 200-250 g,were used to make partial in jured models of tibial nerve,and the nerve functional index of injured tibial ne rve,changes of evoked electroneurogram, including motor nerve conduction velocit y (MNCV),the maximum amplitude and area of M wave,counting of myelinated nerve f ibers near and far from the injury and the muscular mass of triceps surae muscle were observed 2 weeks after injury. RESULTS: The residual ratio of myelinated nerve fiber had a good relation with the maximum amplitude(r=0.985,P=0.005)and area(r=0.745,P=0.02)of M wave and mu scular mass(r=0.565,P=0.037).There was a good relation between the maximum ampli tude and area of M wave (r=0.531,P=0.03).The maximum amplitude and area of M wav e had a bad relation with the MNCV and muscular mass. There was also bad relatio n between the nerve functional index and other parameters. CONCLUSION:The residual ratio of myelinated nerve fibers is well correlated wi th the maximal amplitude and area of M wave and the muscular mass, and it is an adequate tool for evaluating functional deficiency in rats with partial nerve in jury.The relationship between the nerve functional index and other parameters is bad, so the nerve functional index may be not applicable for the model of parti al nerve injury.
