【摘要】 目的:探讨伴与不伴注意缺陷多动障碍(attentiondeficiencyandhyperac-tivitydisorder,ADHD)的Tourette综合征亚型听觉事件相关电位(event-relatedpotentials,ERPs)的颅脑电位分布特征。方法:应用显著性概率地形图方法对19例Tourette综合征单纯组、15例Tourette综合征伴有ADHD组和20例正常对照组的听觉ERPs结果进行对比分析。结果:Tourette综合征伴有ADHD组与正常组相比,N1,N2波在左中央区、左顶颞区差异有显著性意义(t=2.02～3.68,P<0.05)。Tourette综合征单纯组与正常组相比,只有P3a波在前额区、左右中央区、左右枕颞区差异有显著性意义(t=2.24～3.08,P<0.05)。而Tourette综合征伴有ADHD组与单纯组相比,则是P3a波在左顶颞区差异有显著性意义(t=2.12～2.95,P<0.05)。结论:伴与不伴ADHD的Tourette综合征亚型之间大脑认知功能损害发生阶段不同,可能存在一定的生物异质性。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the character of cerebral region relevant to auditory event -related potentials(ERPs) of Tourette’s syndrome(TS) with and without attention deficiency and hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). METHODS:The auditory ERPs results of 19 TS,15 TS with ADHD and 20 normal contr ols were analyzed with significance probability mapping(SPM). RESULTS:There were significant differences in left occipital, parietal,and tem poral scalp regions for N1 and N2 between TS with ADHD group and normal control group(t=2.02-3.68,P< 0.05).Only prefrontal,left and right occipital, left and r ight parietal-temporal scalp regions for P3a between TS group and normal contro l group had significant differences(t=2.24-3.08,P< 0.05),but left parietal-tem poral scalp regions for P3a between TS with ADHD and TS groups had significant d ifferences(t=2.12-2.95,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:Some biological different characters may exist at the different sta ges of cerebral cognition function damage between TS with and without ADHD.更多还原
