【摘要】 目的:探讨暴露控制法在治疗慢性精神分裂症的长期幻听中的作用及疗效。方法:将37例慢性精神分裂症伴有长期幻听症状的患者分成两组,分别用暴露控制法合并抗精神病药物(研究组,n=17)和单用抗精神病药物(对照组,n=20)治疗,于入组时、治疗8周后、6个月后分别用改编Miller幻听量表、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定患者,并于治疗6个月后用社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)评定患者。结果:研究组治疗8周和6个月后,患者幻听量表评分分别为6.71±1.88和4.08±1.69,PANSS量表总分分别为51.22±4.67和45.13±3.66,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05～0.01);治疗6个月后的SDSS总分(2.75±2.78)、职业和工作(0.71±0.81)也显著低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:暴露控制法不仅能治疗慢性精神分裂症的长期幻听,而且对改善其余精神症状、提高社会功能有较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the influence and curative effect of exposure control on long term auditory hallucinations in patients with chronic schizophrenia. METHODS:A total of 37 chronic schizophrenic patients with chronic auditory hallucinations were randomly divided into study group(treated with exposure control and antipsychotic drugs,n=17) and control group(treated with antipsychotic drugs only,n=20).All the patients were evaluated by Miller’s auditory hallucinations scale(MAHS),positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) before,8 weeks and 6 months after treatment,and social disability screening scale(SDSS) was used to evaluate the patients 6 months after treatment. RESULTS:Eight weeks and 6 months after treatment,the total scores of MAHS were 6.71±1.88 and 4.08±1.69,and those of PANSS were 51.22±4.67 and 45.13±3.66,respectively in the study group,significantly different from those in the control group(P< 0.05-0.01);Six months after treatment,the total scores of SDSS(2.75±2.78),profession and work(0.71±0.81) in the study group were also markedly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05-0.01).CONCLUSION:Exposure control can not only treat the longterm auditory hallucinations in patients with chronic schizophrenia, but also has better effect on other psychiatric symptom and improvement of social function.更多还原
