【摘要】 目的:了解成都地区中老年人群脊椎压缩性骨折的患病率、发病部位及其分布。方法:来源于成都地区年龄50岁以上来院体检的1081名研究对象,进行胸、腰椎正侧位片检查,若楔形指数(椎体前缘/后缘)≤0.8即诊断为脊椎压缩性骨折,用SPSS软件进行统计学处理。结果:被检人群脊椎压缩性骨折的总患病率为16.2%。50～59岁组的患病率为8.7%,60～69岁组为15.2%,70～79岁为25.9%,80岁以上组为36%。脊椎压缩性骨折主要发生的椎体:T6为2.78%,T7为3.42%,T11为4.26%,T12为5.64%,L1为5.46%,L2为2.68%。女性患病率为17.3%,高于男性15.0%。城市13.3%低于农村19.0%(P<0.05)。结论:来源于成都地区中老年被检者中,脊椎压缩性骨折总患病率为16.11%,主要发生于中胸段及胸腰段的椎体,随着年龄增加,脊椎压缩性骨折患病率逐渐增加,女性高于男性,农村高于城市。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the prevalence rate, suffering site and distribution of vertebral compression fracture (VCF) among middle aged and aged people in Chengdu area. METHODS:Totally 1 081 people, aged above 50 years old, coming from Chengdu to hospital for health examination,were involved in this study, and lateral X ray photography in thoracic spine and lumbar vertebrae were taken, and those whose wedge shaped index (ratio of vertebral anterior border to posterior border) was lower than or equal to 0.8 were diagnosed having VCF. The statistical analysis was conducted by using SPSS 10.0 software. RESULTS:The total prevalence rate of VCF was 16.11% in the all subjects, and the prevalence rates were 8.7%,15.2%,25.9% and 36% in the 50-59,60-69,70-79 and above 80 years old groups, respectively.2.78% of VCF occurred in T6, 3.42% in T7, 4.26% in T11, 5.64% in T12, 5.46% in L 1 and 2.68% in L2.The prevalence rate was higher in females(17.3%) than in males(15.0%), but lower in the urban area of Chengdu (13.3%) than in the rural areas of Chengdu (19.0%)(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The total prevalence rate of VCF is 16.11%among the examined middle aged and aged people in Chengdu, and main suffering sites are middle thoracic spine and thoracolumbar vertebrae.The prevalence rate of VCF is gradually increased with age, which is higher in females and in the rural area than in males and in the urban areas.更多还原
