针刺对肥胖大鼠大脑皮质神经信息物质的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨针刺对肥胖机体大脑皮质神经信息物质的作用。方法:观察针刺治疗前后3组肥胖大鼠(正常组,对照组,针刺组,每组5只)体质量、Lee’s指数、体脂、大脑皮质5-羟色胺、胆囊收缩素(cholecystokinin,CCK)和血管活性肠肽(vasoactiveintestinalpolypeptide,VIP)含量的变化。结果:肥胖大鼠体质量、Lee’s指数和体脂均显著高于正常大鼠(t=-3.63~7.10,P<0.05-0.01),而大脑皮质5-羟色胺、CCK和VIP含量均明显低于正常大鼠(P<0.05~0.01)。相关分析显示,肥胖指标与大脑皮质5-羟色胺、CCK和VIP含量均呈负相关(r=-0.836~-0.528,P<0.05~0.01)。针刺取得良好减肥疗效同时,肥胖大鼠大脑皮质5-羟色胺、CCK和VIP含量均明显回升(t=3.08,2.50,3.63,P<0.05~0.01)。结论:大脑皮质5-羟色胺、CCK和VIP含量异常低下可能是产生肥胖的重要因素。针刺对机体大脑皮质5-羟色胺、CCK和VIP含量的良性调整作用可能是针刺减肥重要的中枢机制之一。

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the effects of acupuncture on the neurochemical information mass in cerebral cortex of obese rats. METHODS:The changes of body mass,Lee’s index,body fat,and the contents of 5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT),cholecystokinin(CCK) and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) in the cerebral cortex of the obese rats were observed in the three groups before and after acupuncture. RESULTS:The body mass,Lee’s index and body fat of the obese rats were all markedly higher than those of the normal rats(t=-3.63-7.10, P< 0.05-0.01),but the contents of 5 HT,CCK and VIP in the cerebral cortex of the obese rats were all lower than those of the normal rats(P< 0.05-0.01).Correlation analysis showed that there were negative relationship between the obesity index and the contents of 5 HT,CCK and VIP in the cerebral cortex(r=-0.836--0.528,P< 0.05-0.01).After the acupuncture treatment the marked body mass loses were achieved while the contents of 5 HT,CCK and VIP obviously were obviously increased in the cerebral cortex of the obese rats(t=3.08,2.50, 3.63,P< 0.05-0.01). CONCLUSION:The abnormal low contents of 5 HT,CCK and VIP in the cortex may be an important reason for the obesity.The good regulation of acupuncture on the contents of 5 HT,CCK and VIP in cerebral cortex of organism is possibly an important central mechanism in the antiobesity of acupuncture.
