【摘要】 目的:探讨职业治疗对精神分裂症患者自测健康的影响。方法:75例符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版的精神分裂症诊断标准、病情稳定的康复区患者为治疗组;81例其他区精神分裂症患者为对照组。治疗组参加正规、系统的职业治疗。对照组只单纯服用药物治疗。采用自测健康评定量表,对两组患者进行治疗前后评定。结果:治疗前两组自测健康评定的差异无显著性(t=0.97,P>0.05);经职业治疗后,自测健康评定量表测定表明治疗组在量表总分、各子量表总分及维度分均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(t=2.78～10.83,P<0.01～0.001)。结论:正规的职业治疗,可以提高精神分裂症患者自评健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the influence on self rated health measurement by using occupational therapy in patients with schizophrenia. METHODS:Seventy five schizophrenic patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders Version III(CCMD III) and who were mentally stable from the rehabilitative area were selected as the treatment group,and another 81 schizophrenic patients from other areas were resigned into the control group.Patients in the treatment group received regular and systematic occupational therapy programs,while the control group received drug treatment only.The two groups were evaluated with the self rated health measurement scale(SRHMS,Version 1.0) before and after treatment. RESULTS:The scores of SRHMS between the two groups showed no significant difference before treatment(t=0.97,P >0.05).After occupational therapy,the results of SRHMS showed that the total scores of SRHMS and the sub tests and the demensions in the treatment group were all obviously higher than those in the control group(t=2.78-10.83,P< 0.01-0.001). CONCLUSION:Systematic occupational therapy can enhance the self rated health level of the schizophrenic patients.更多还原
