复方丹参对脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨复方丹参治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及其对血管内皮细胞内分泌功能的影响。方法:65例脑梗死患者随机分成研究组和对照组,两组患者年龄、性别、伴发疾病和既往史积分、治疗前神经功能缺损程度评分均相似,具有可比性(P>0.05)。两组基础治疗相同,研究组在此基础上加用复方丹参注射液20mL,1次/d,静脉滴注,连用14d为1个疗程。两组在治疗前后均进行疗效评定和神经功能缺损程度评分及血浆内皮素-1和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)水平测定。结果:复方丹参治疗后研究组神经功能缺损程度评分(13.24±8.06)分,较治疗前(27.62±6.86)分和对照组治疗后(20.32±8.14)分显著下降(t=7.8048,3.5233,P<0.001)。研究组治疗脑梗死的总有效率为88%,明显高于对照组69%(μ=2.2204,P<0.05)。同时亦发现,研究组治疗后血浆内皮素-1水平(49.54±6.19)ng/L,较治疗前(63.74±5.68)ng/L和对照组治疗后(60.36±6.22)ng/L显著下降(t=9.7098,7.0287,P<0.001);血浆6-keto-PGF1α水平较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显升高。结论:复方丹参能够调整脑梗死患者的血管内皮细胞内分泌功能紊乱,治疗脑梗死有效。

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the curative effect and the influence of composite salvia m iltiorrhiza on cerebral infarction(CI) and endocrine function of vascular endoth elial cells. METHODS:Totally 65 CI patients were randomly assigned into study group and con trol group.Based on the same basic therapy,the subjects in the study group were intravenously injected with 20 mL composite salvia miltiorrhiza solution, once a day,consecutively 14 days as a course.Curative effect and neurological deficit scores were evaluated and measured as well as the levels of serum endothelin-1( ET-1) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α) . RESULTS:After treatment of composite salvia miltiorrhiza,the neurological defi cit scores significantly reduced as compared with those before treatment and tho se in the control group before treatment(13.24±8.06 vs. 27.62±6.86,t=7.804 8,P < 0.001;13.24±8.06 vs. 20.32±8.14,t=3.523 3,P< 0.001).The total effective rate for the treatment of CI was 88%in the study group,significantly higher than th at in the control group (69%,μ=2.220 4,P< 0.05).Simultaneously,a significant decrease in the level of serum ET-1 was found in the study group after treatmen t[(49.54±6.19)ng/L],as compared with that before treatment[(63.74±5.68) ng/L,t =9.709 8,P< 0.001]or that in the control group after treatment[(60.36±6.22)ng/L ,t=7.028 7,P< 0.001]. However,the level of 6-keto-PGF1αwas remarkably increas ed as compared with the latter two. CONCLUSION:Composite salvia miltiorrhiza can control the endocrine disturbance of vascular endothelial cells for the CI patients,and play an effective role in the treatment of CI.
