【摘要】 目的:观察针刺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对胰高血糖素的影响,探讨其机制。方法:将本观察组患者分为:针刺组(n=16):针刺治疗;针药组(n=43):在针刺治疗的同时加用常规降糖药;单药组(n=37):不加针刺治疗,单独使用降糖药物,同时分别进行中医分型,观察3组治疗前后疗效,并测定治疗前后空腹血糖、胰高血糖素(glucagon,GL)的水平,进行治疗前后及组间对照。结果:针刺组、针药组、单药组治疗后均能降低症状评分量值,总有效率分别为50%,67%,30%;降低空腹血糖,GL水平效果以针药组最为突出(t=2.95～6.67,P<0.01),单药组次之(t=2.99～3.95,P<0.05～0.001),两组气阴两虚型效果又优于阴虚热盛型(t=3.92,6.32,P<0.01～0.0001)。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意,其机制可能与其通过益气活血,舒筋通络的作用而调节GL水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the effect of acupuncture on peripheral nerve diseases(PND) due to type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on glucagons(GL) so as to explore it s mechanism. METHODS:Patients were divided into three groups: acupuncture group(treated wit h acupuncture,n=16),acupuncture and drug group(treated with hypoglycemic agent b esides acupuncture,n=43),and drug group(treated with hypoglycemic agent only,n=3 7).Patients in each group were classified by traditional Chinese medicine differ entiation of symptoms and signs.After therapy the effect in PND of each group wa s evaluated.Before and after treatment,curative effects were observed in the 3 g roups,the levels of fasting blood-sugar(FBS) and GL were measured respectively, for comparison between groups. RESULTS:After treatment,the symptom scores were lowered in the acupuncture gro up,acupuncture and drug group and drug group,and the total effective rates were 50%,67%and 30%,and the levels of FBG,GL were reduced the most in the acupunct ure and drug group(t=2.95-6.67,P< 0.01),followed by the drug group (t=2.99-3.9 5,P< 0.05-0.001),in both groups,the therapy effect in patients with deficiency of both qi and yin was superior to that in patients with extreme heat due to def iciency of yin(t=3.92,6.32,P< 0.01-0.001). CONCLUSION:The curative effect of PND by acupuncture treatment is satisfactory ,and the mechanism may be related with regulation of GL by supplementing qi and activating blood circulation,relieving rigidity of muscles and activating collat erals.更多还原
