急性耐力运动大鼠端脑一氧化氮介导儿茶酚胺类神经递质的变化及中药的调节作用
Influence of nitric oxide in inducing catecholamine neurotransmitters of endbr ain in rats after acute endurance exercise and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine
【摘要】 目的:探讨长时间游泳后及恢复期大鼠端脑一氧化氮介导儿茶酚胺类神经递质的变化及中药对其调节性作用。方法:建立急性耐力运动大鼠的动物模型、制定中药制剂与给药方案、检测大鼠端脑一氧化氮、多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)。结果:大鼠端脑一氧化氮水平于运动后即刻显著性提高(t=2.963;P<0.05);补充中药组大鼠运动后与安静对照组相比略有增加(+19.4%),与未服药组相比呈显著性降低(t=2.338;P<0.05)。大鼠端脑多巴胺、NE值于运动后即刻与安静对照组相比分别降低23.9%和16.8%;运动后即刻补充中药组大鼠端脑多巴胺、NE值接近安静对照组,与未服药组相比,分别增加27.8%和23.3%。结论:急性耐力运动中脑组织一氧化氮的过量增加可能会抑制儿茶酚胺类神经递质的释放;通过复方中药的补充使脑组织一氧化氮水平适量增加,可能对脑组织多巴胺、NE的释放产生积极性调节作用。
【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the changes of catecholamine neurotransmitters induced by n itric oxide(NO) in rat’s endbrain and the regulative role of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS:Rat model of acute endurance exercise was established, and traditional Chinese medicine agent and dosing prescription were made up. Levels of NO,dopam ine(DA) and norepinephrine(NE) were measured. RESULTS:The NO levels in the rats’ brain cortex increased remarkably immediate ly after exercise(t=2.936,P < 0.05),in the drug group(administration immediately after exercise) which increased by 19.4%as compared with the control group,and significantly decreased as compared with the non-drug group(t=2.338,P< 0.05).C ompared with the control group,the levels of DA and NE decreased by 23.9%and 16 .8%respectively in the non-drug group, and those in the drug group changed ins ignificantly.But the level of DA and NE in the drug group increased by 27.8%and 23.3%in comparison with those in the non-drug group. CONCLUSION:During the acute endurance exercise,the excessive increase of the N O levels in the brain cortex may suppress the release of catecholamine neurotran smitters.Supplement of Chinese drug to regulate NO level in the brain tissue may play an active role in regulating the release of DA and NE.
