【摘要】 目的:对贯叶连翘提取物(600mg/kg)和维生素B2(6mg/kg)、维生素B6(80mg/kg)复方(以下简称复方,thecomplex)的镇痛、抗炎作用进行研究。方法:利用甲醛致痛实验,观察高、中、低剂量复方慢性灌胃小鼠后,对小鼠在注射甲醛后0～5,15～30min两个时相内舔足时间、注射甲醛后4h右足水肿的影响,显微镜下观察注射甲醛部位的炎症细胞浸润和水肿情况。结果:高、中剂量复方能够减少小鼠在两个时相内的舔足时间,能够抑制右足水肿,抑制炎症部位炎症细胞浸润及水肿,均有统计学意义。低剂量复合物能够减少小鼠在两个时相内的舔足时间,但无统计学意义,不能抑制右足水肿及炎症部位炎症细胞浸润及水肿。结论:复方在小鼠甲醛致痛模型中具有明确的镇痛抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the antinociceptive and anti inflammatory effects of the compound of extraction of Hypericum perforatum Linn(EHPL)(600 mg/kg),vitamin B2(6 mg/kg) and B6(80 mg/kg)(named the complex below). METHODS:According to the experiment formaldehyde induced pain in mice,effects of the gastric perfusion with high,middle and low doses of the complex on the licking time at 0-5 minutes(phase 1) and 15-30 minutes(phase 2) after formaldehyde was injected into the mice and right pedal edema was determined.Inflammatory cell infiltration and edema on the location of injection site of formaldehyde was observed under microscope. RESULTS:The high and middle dose of the complex shortened the licking time at the two phases,inhibited the right pedal edema,and prevented the inflammatory cell infiltration and edema on the inflammatory site,all of which had statistical significance.The low dosage of the complex could shorten the licking time without statistical significance,but could not inhibit the right pedal edema and prevent the inflammatory cell infiltration and edema on the inflammatory site. CONCLUSION:The complex EPHL and vitamin Bs had clear antinociceptive and anti inflammatory effects on the pain caused by formaldehyde in mice.更多还原
