【摘要】 目的:了解脊髓损伤后血白蛋白的变化与压疮发生的关系。方法:通过前瞻性研究,对脊髓损伤后54例完全截瘫患者的随访,观察血白蛋白变化。结果:截瘫后血白蛋白水平与压疮发生的机会,压疮的评分,压疮的愈合间都存在明显的相关性。结论:截瘫患者的血白蛋白水平与压疮存在明显的相关性,两者间存在“恶性循环”的作用关系,对截瘫患者应进行积极的压疮和营养的整体治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To understand the relationship of the occurrence of decubitus with serum albumin level in paraplegia patients induced by spinal cord injury. METHODS:By a prospective research,54 paraplegia patients induced by spinal cord injury were followed up to observe the changes of serum albumin level. RESULTS:The serum albumin level were markedly correlated with occurring, scoring and healing of decubitus. CONCLUSION:The serum albumin values are obviously correlated which decubitus in paraplegia patients,between with there is a vicious cycle,so in the treatment of paraplegia,the malnutrition and decubitus should be actively used simultaneously.更多还原
