致痫动物血清及大脑皮质钙、镁与过氧化脂质含量的变化
Variation of the contents of calcium and magnesium in serum blood and cortex of epileptic animals
【摘要】 目的:探讨致痫家兔血清和大脑皮质钙镁含量的变化对癫痫发作的影响,以及脂质过氧化物(Liped-peroxides,LPO)和一氧化氮含量变化的测定。方法:30只家兔单纯随机分为对照组和青霉素致痫组以及致痫加钙剂处理组。然后分别测定其血清及大脑皮质Ca2+,Mg2+含量及LPO和一氧化氮的含量变化。结果:青霉素致痫组(A组)血清Ca2+/Mg2+与对照组(C组)比值分别是2.95±1.69和3.96±1.71,差异无显著性意义(q=1.72,P>0.05)。当用青霉素诱导大脑皮质痫样放电时,通过静脉注射氯化钙可明显抑制癫痫发作(B组),血清和大脑皮质Ca2+含量均有所增加,但大脑皮质Ca2+含量增加明显,犤B比A组:(36.74±3.51)比(17.68±3.69)mmol/L,q=8.26,P<0.01犦。同时测致痫组血清和皮质中LPO与对照组相比较明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:癫痫发作时可能与大脑皮质钙含量的变化密切相关,增加钙离子浓度,痫样放电的频率和幅度均有降低,说明提高钙离子浓度可抑制癫痫发作。癫痫发作时LPO含量明显增加(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the effects of the contents of calcium(Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) in serum blood and cortex of epilepsy rats and the measurement of the changes of the contents of lipid-peroxides(LPO) and nitric oxide(NO).METHODS:Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into control(group C), penicillin-induced epileptic(group A) and calcium-treated epileptic (group B) groups.The contents of Ca2+,Mg2+,LPO and NO in the serum and cortex were measured respectively in the three groups. RESULTS:The ratios of the contents of Ca2+to Mg2+in the serum were (2.95±1.69)for the group A and(3.96±1.71)for the group C,without significant difference(q=1.72,P >0.05).When the cortex epileptic activities were induced by penicillin, epileptic seizure was inhibited remarkably by intravenous injection of calcium chloride solution.Compared with those in the group A,the contents of Ca2+in the group B significantly increased in the serum and cortex, especially in the cortex [(17.68±3.69) mmol/L vs (36.74±3.51) mmol/L](q=8.26,P< 0.01).Simultaneously,the contents of serum and cortical LPO in the group A also increased significantly in comparison with those of the group C(P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:The epileptic seizure may be closely related with the contents of Ca2+in the cortex. Increasing the contents of Ca2+lesds to the decrease of frequency and amplitude of epileptic activity to be decreased.And the content of LPO increased markedly as epileptic seizure(P< 0.01).
