不同强度恒磁场对大鼠主动脉内皮细胞增殖的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察不同强度恒磁场对大鼠主动脉内皮细胞增殖的影响。方法:将体外培养3代的大鼠主动脉内皮细胞分为对照组及不同强度(0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0,100.0,500.0Gs)磁场组。磁场作用时间为48h,用四唑盐比色法测定细胞增殖。结果:与对照组相比,0.5,1.0,5.0Gs磁场组细胞增殖显著高于对照组(分别为0.301±0.023,0.308±0.042,0.294±0.025和0.230±0.026;t=11.20,8.65,7.92;P<0.05);10.0Gs磁场组细胞增殖与对照组相比无明显差异(0.228±0.034和0.230±0.026;t=0.26;P>0.05);100.0Gs和500.0Gs磁场组细胞增殖显著低于对照组(分别为0.173±0.022,0.166±0.015和0.230±0.026;t=9.17,11.68;P<0.05)。结论:0.5~5.0Gs的恒磁场可以促进大鼠主动脉内皮细胞的增殖,而100.0Gs以上恒磁场可抑制内皮细胞增殖。

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the effect of different intensity constant magnetic field(CMF) on proliferation of rat aorta endothelial cells(RAEC). METHODS:RAEC of 3rd generation rats cultured in vitro were divided into control group and constant magnetic fields of different intensity group(0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0,100.0 and 500.0 Gs).The duration was 48 h.Cell proliferation was measured by MTT chromatometry. RESULTS:The proliferation in the 0.5 Gs(0.301± 0.023),1 Gs(0.308± 0.042) and 5 Gs(0.294± 0.025) CMF groups were significantly higher than that in the control group(0.230± 0.026)( t=11.20,8.65,7.92, P< 0.05) .There was no difference in cell proliferation between the 10 Gs group(0.228± 0.034) and the control group( t=0.26, P >0.05) ; but those in the 100.0 Gs(0.173± 0.022) and 500.0 Gs(0.166± 0.015) groups were significantly lower than that in the control group(0.230± 0.026)( t=9.17, 11.68, P< 0.05) . CONCLUSION: CMF of 0.5 Gs to 1.0 Gs can accelerate the proliferation of RAEC,while CMF that is higher than 100.0 Gs can inhibit the proliferation of RAEC.
