针刀对第三腰椎横突综合征动物模型的修复作用及临床意义

【摘要】 目的:以第三腰椎横突综合征动物实验模型为对象,通过针刀干预对兔血浆中血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素(PGF1α)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血小板计数(PLT)等的影响,探讨针刀的修复作用及临床意义。方法:将实验兔24只随机投币法分为针刀治疗组、阻滞对照组、模型对照组、正常对照组(n=6),于造模后10,15,25,30d检测结果,进行统计学分析;并于30d进行组织形态学观察。结果:针刀组10,15,25,30d测TXB2与模型组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),测PGF1α、TXB2/PGF1α比值与模型组比较:P<0.01,ta=3.91,tb=3.87,tc=3.78,td=3.79,tf=3.98,tg=3.76.,5-HT与模型组相比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01,tp=4.14,tr=3.98,tv=3.73,ts=3.81,tt=3.78;P<0.05,tq=2.46)。组织形态学观察,针刀组的成纤维细胞排列成行,毛细血管增生扩张,原始瘢痕组织形成,组织修复能力强。结论:针刀干预对第三腰椎横突综合征动物模型具有良好修复作用,为临床治疗提供了实验依据。

【Abstract】 AIM:To discuss the effect and clinical significance of acupotomology through the effect of its intervention with thromboxane B2(TXB2), 5 Serotonin(5 HT),6 keton prostaglandin(6 keto PGF1α )and platelet count (PLT) from the model of the third transverse process of lumbar vertebra syndrome. METHODS:Twenty four rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups : acupotomology group, blockade group, model group and normal group (n=6).The effect were detected by statistical analysis on the 10, 15, 25 and 30 days after the model was made; pathological observation on the 30th day after operation. RESULTS:As compared with the model group,the TXB2 had no significant difference(P >0.05) on the 10,15,25 sand 30 days after operation in acupotomology group.The ratio of PGF1α,TXB2/PGF1α had significant difference(P< 0.01, ta=3.91,tb =3.87, tc=3.78,td=3.79,tf=3.98,tg=3.76) between model group and acupotomology group. 5 HT in model group and acupotomology group also had significant difference(P< 0.01,tp=4.14,tr=3.98,tv=3.73,ts=3.81,tt=3.78;P< 0.05,tq=2.46). Pathological observation suggested that the fibroblast arranged orderly, capillary vessel hyperplasia expanded, originality scar organization formed. Organized rehabilitated ability was strong. CONCLUSION:The method of the acupotomology can evidently rehabilitate effect on the animal model of the third transverse process of lumbar vertebra syndrome.It also can provide experimental gist on clinical treatment.
