【摘要】 目的:评价复方丹参滴丸在短暂性脑缺血发作(transientischemicattack,TIA)的预防作用及副作用,并与阿司匹林对比。方法:将120例TIA患者,分为复方丹参滴丸和阿司匹林两组,每组各60例,观察其每例患者在服药期内TIA的发作次数、缺血性脑卒中的发生(包括心、脑卒中)、死亡及副作用等临床疗效。结果:两组比较TIA的再发生人数、心及脑缺血性脑卒中的发生人数分别为6例和9例,复方丹参滴丸组较阿司匹林两组低,但经统计学处理差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);阿司匹林的副作用较复方丹参滴丸大,丹参滴丸组仅有1例,阿司匹林组为8例,前者的副作用仅表现为口、舌麻木,未影响治疗,而阿司匹林的8例中,有5例为胃肠道反应,3例为牙龈及鼻出血,8例中有5例中途退出,两组副作用经统计学处理,结果比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸在TIA的预防治疗中与阿司匹林有同样的作用,并且无明显副作用,口服依从性好,较阿司匹林优。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of compound danshen diwan in pr evention of transient ischemic attack(TIA) for a comparison with aspirin. METHODS:One hundred and twenty patients with TIA were divided into danshen gr oup and aspirin group of 60 cases each.The number of TIA,the occurrence of ische mic stroke,death and side effects were detected during the administration for a comparative analysis between the two groups. RESULTS:TIA and ischemic stroke occurred in 6 cases and 9 cases for danshen g roup and aspirin group respectively,but no difference was significant between th e two groups(P >0.05).Side effects were more obvious in the aspirin group as com pared with the danshen group,and there was only one case of side effect in the l atter group,displaying the symptom of tongue and mouth numbness;While 9 cases in the former group,including 5 cases of gastrointestinal tract reaction,3 cases o f bleeding gums and nasal bleeding,among which 5 cases dropped out during the st udy.There were significant differences between the two groups(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:Compound danshen diwan is effective in prevention of TIA the same as aspirin,and has no marked side effects and good orally compliance superior to aspirin.更多还原
