冠心病患者血清促红细胞生成素与血液流变学及血细胞参数的关系

【摘要】 目的:探讨冠心病患者促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,Epo)与血液流变学指标及血细胞参数之间的关系,为临床康复干预措施的实施提供理论依据。方法:选取急性心肌梗死29例,不稳定心绞痛37例共66例冠心病患者进行血液流变学和血细胞参数及血清Epo含量检测并与正常对照组进行比较。结果:患者组血液流变学指标、血红蛋白浓度、白细胞计数、红细胞计数及血清Epo显著高于对照组(P=0.05~0.01),平均红细胞体积和平均血红蛋白含量显著低于对照组(P=0.05~0.01),平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度与对照组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:血液流变学及血细胞参数异常与冠心病的发生有关,而Epo的增高极有可能是导致细胞参数异常进而促使血液流变学异常的直接原因。

【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the relationship of erythropoietin(Epo)with blood rheology an d hemocyte parameters in patients with coronary heart disease,and provide theore tical evidence for practice of clinical rehabilitation intervention study. METHODS:Twenty- nine patients with acute myocardial infarction and 37 patien ts with coronary heart disease were involved.Their blood rheology, hemocyte para meters and serum Epo were detected,and compared with those in the control group. RESULTS:The blood rheology indices:Hemoglobin(Hgb), white blood cell(WBC) and red blood cell(RBC) count and serum Epo in patients group were significantly hi gher than those in control group( P=0.05-0.01) , while mean corpuscular volu me(MCV)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH) were significantly lower than those in control group(P=0.05-0.01),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) had no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Abnormalities of blood rheology and hemocyte parameters may be rel ated to the occurrence of coronary heart disease, while higher Epo may lead to t he abnormalities of blood rheology and hemocyte parameters.
