【摘要】 目的:观察芬太尼缓释透皮贴剂(多瑞吉)对带状疱疹及疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法:31例患者在抗病毒治疗的同时均使用芬太尼缓释透皮贴剂进行疼痛治疗,通过视觉模拟评分观察其对患者疼痛的缓解、对患者情绪、睡眠及日常活动进行考核以判断其生活质量的改善,同时观察在治疗中可能出现的胃肠道和呼吸抑制等并发症。结果:31例患者经芬太尼缓释透皮贴剂治疗后,2例因副反应而终止治疗,其余患者疼痛明显缓解,VAS评分从(8.51±1.12)分降至(2.47±1.23)分,总有效率达100%,生活质量明显提高,与曲马朵缓释片治疗的患者相比疗效显著提高,虽有并发症,患者可耐受,且部分并发症随时间延长而减少。结论:芬太尼缓释透皮贴剂能有效地控制带状疱疹及疱疹后神经痛,改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To inve st igate effects of transderm al fentanyl (duragesic)on the herped zoster and pos therpetic neuralgia.METHODS:Anti-virus treatment was performed in 31patient s,who were treated with duragesic at the same time.The relief of pain was eval uated using visual analogue scale(VAS)and the quality of life was commented by the patients’ emotion,sleeping and the daily move ment.The side effects such as the inhibition of respiratory dep ression were also observed.RESULTS:Two pa tients quitted the transderma l therapeutic system(TTS)of fentanyl because of side effects.Duragesic reduced the pain scores of VA S significantly from(8. 51±1.12)to(2.47±1.23)for the patients with herpes zoster and postherpetic neur algia,and the total effective rate w as100%.The quality of life was greatly improved and the effectiveness was much better than tramadol .Some side effects became less after a period treatment of Duragesic.Ransdermal fentanyl can provide exc ellent pain relief for the patients with herpes zoster and p ostherpetic neuralgia and improve t he patients’ quality of life.更多还原
