抗老年痴呆药定志小丸的抗应激和免疫作用

【摘要】 目的:研究定志小丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响及抗应激作用。方法:以绵羊红细胞致敏,测定定志小丸对正常及环磷酰胺造模小鼠溶血素抗体生成的影响;以2,4,6-三硝基氯苯致敏,测定定志小丸对泼尼松龙抑制的迟发型变态反应的影响;以小鼠常压耐缺氧死亡时间、低温游泳时间和小鼠断头后张口喘气时间,观察定志小丸的抗应激作用。结果:定志小丸各组均能明显升高环磷酰胺造模小鼠溶血素抗体水平,其中100mg/kg给药组溶血素抗体生成209.7±65.1,与环磷酰胺组121.2±67.4比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。定志小丸能增强泼尼松龙抑制的小鼠迟发型变态反应,其中200mg/kg给药组两耳质量差(21.4±15.2)mg,显著高于泼尼松龙组的(8.5±5.2)mg(P<0.05)。定志小丸还能显著延长小鼠在常压缺氧情况下的死亡时间、低温游泳时间和断头后张口喘气时间。结论:定志小丸能增强免疫功能低下动物的体液免疫、细胞免疫功能,提高小鼠抗应激能力。

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the effect of dingzhixiaowan on the antistress effect and immune function in mice. METHODS: The effects of dingzhixiaowan on the production of hemolysin antibody in normal mice and the models made with cyclophosphamide were measured after the sensitization of sheep red blood cell. The effects of dingzhixiaowan on the delayed hypersensitivity inhabited by prednisolone after the sensitization of 2,4,6 trinitrochlorobenzene.The antistress effect of dingzhixiaowan was observed through the death duration of hypoxic tolerance under normal pressure,swimming duration under hypothermia and the breathing duration with open mouth after the head were cut down in mice. RESULTS:The hemolysin antibody level of the model mice of cyclophosphamide increased significantly in all the dingzhixiaowan groups, that in the 100 mg/kg group(209.7±65.1)was significantly different from that in the cyclophosphamide group(121.2±67.4)(P< 0.05).Dingzhixiaowan could improve the delayed hypersensitivity inhabited by prednisolone in mice, that in the 200mg/kg group[(21.4±15.2)mg]was significantly higher than that in the prednisolone group [(8.5±5.2)mg](P< 0.05). Dingzhixiaowan could also prolong the death duration of hypoxic tolerance under normal pressure, swimming duration under hypothermia and the breathing duration with open mouth after the head were cut down in mice. CONCLUSION:Dingzhixiaowan can enhance the humoral and cellular immunity of the animals with weaker immunological function, and improve the antistress ability.
