热容量对激光熔覆Ni60B复合涂层组织的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了不同热容量对宽带激光熔覆Ni60B复合涂层组织的影响。结果表明在相同的激光熔覆工艺参数下,随着热容量的增大,复合涂层中的组织越来越细小,反之,则越粗大;在同一热容量下,随着激光扫描速度的增大,复合涂层中的组织越来越细小。

【Abstract】 In the present paper, the effect of heat capacity on microstructure of Ni60B composite coating prepared by laser cladding was studied. The experimental results indicated that under identical laser cladding technical parameters, microstructure in composite coating became smaller and smaller with increase of heat capacity. Conversely, microstructure got bulky. Under condition of fixed heat capacity, microstructure in composite coating became smaller and smaller with increase of laser scanning velocity.
