【摘要】 对 70号钢丝进行不同形变量及激光表面处理后的组织进行了初步探索。采用铅浴淬火热处理的 70号钢 ,在不同的形变量后 ,原先的索氏体组织发生了变化 ,激光表面处理后 ,应用金相显微镜 ,扫描电镜 ,显微硬度计对钢丝表面组织进行分析研究 ,发现了部分碳化物球化 ,并探讨了钢丝表面激光处理的机理和意义更多还原

【Abstract】 The tissue of70 # steel wire at varied shape change and laser treatment is preliminary studied.Using the lead bath quenching heat reated 70 # steel wire,the previous sorbite tissue change at varied shape change.After the laser surface treatment,the surface of steel wire is studied by metallographic microscope,scanning electronic microscope and microhardness instrument,find that partial carbide are spheroidized,and analyze the mechanics and significance of the laser surface treatment for steel wire.更多还原
