新型空冷贝氏体钢性能及组织的研究
The Performance and Microstructure Research on A New Kind of Air-cooling Bainitic Steel
【摘要】 本文对一种新型空冷贝氏体钢的力学性能和显微组织进行了研究。力学试验结果表明,试验钢的抗拉强度σb为1339MPa,塑性指标δ5为18.2%,ψk为59.3%,冲击韧度为120J·cm-2,弯曲疲劳极限达到700MPa。透射电镜分析表明,该新型贝氏体钢的显微组织主要为束状贝氏体铁素体+少量残余奥氏体,残余奥氏体膜对贝氏体铁素体束进行了分割和包围,这种组织使试验钢具有优良的性能指标。
【Abstract】 A new kind of air-cooling bainitic steel is developed and its mechanical properties and microstructure is discussed. The results of mechanical properties test show that the σb, is 1339MPa,δ5 is 18. 2 %,ψk is 59. 3 %,ak is 120J · cm-2 ,δ-1 reach 700 MPa of the tested steel . The transmission electron micrograph shows theat microstructure of the air-cooling bainitic steel was bainitic ferritic laths and retained austenite,the bainitic ferritic laths were surround with retained austenite, which can insure the tested steel possesses good value of mechanical properties.
